Extremely comfortable home in an amazing location. Easy to find and easy parking that is reserved. Walkable to many great restaurants and accessible to University of Washington. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and fresh.

Wonderful townhome in the heart of Capito Hill walkable to shops, restaurants. Joanne & Jonathan are perfect hosts. Townhome is bright and beautiful, very clean, wonderful cooks kitchen, very comfortable and surprisingly quiet given that it's so close to busy Broadway. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

nice place in capital hill, very walkable

My family and I had lived in a different part of Seattle for 15 years and we stopped over for a few days on a recent vacation. I had always wanted to explore Queen Anne and this amazing house was the perfect home base for that! This nicely remodeled craftsman was truly a gem. I loved the decor and peaceful atmosphere. Every detail was taken care of, down to beach towels, high quality chef knives, nonstick cookware that was actually in good condition, and helpful labels for things. We were able to get down to Seattle center and the waterfront very easily. The neighborhood was charming and we didn’t even scratch the surface of all the things to do around there! I hope to return!

The Gnome cabin is very nice. Comfortable couch to relax on, nice kitchen and dining table, large bathroom with a washer and dryer and two good size bedrooms. A large deck and cute yard. The beds are memory foam which some people may find uncomfortable. I would recommend a non- skid pad for the shower floor as the soft water makes it slippery. We would recommend the Gnome cabin for a visit to the island.

We had a wonderful stay at Perch’s place. The location is wonderful. Close to downtown, Pike’s market and tons of great coffee spots. Definitely recommend.
