Lovely home just as described, in a clean, quiet, leafy, walkable neighborhood. Parking occasionally a challenge, but we always found something safe and close by. We will be back!

this location was perfect for our daughter's graduation ceremony from UW... at the exhibition hall.
the house is very nice, but it does have a lot of stairs... otherwise, it was perfect for our needs.

Family of five throughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. Easy access to Rainier NP to beat the crowds and get started exploring right away. The hot tub was the perfect way to cap off the busy days. Home was exactly as shown, very clean, and had great amenities. Host was very responsive and all aspects of the process went very smooth. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Capital Hill area. Close to Seattle U and restaurants. Quite neighborhood.
