The team at Perch Vacations was incredibly responsive, particularly with my questions prior to arrival! They were wonderful. Also, when I arrived, I had an additional question that they responded to immediately. I couldn't be happier with their attentiveness and communication. The house is lovely and easily accommodated our family for dinner and relaxation. I would highly recommend this house for this location.

Really enjoyed my stay. The host was very responsive and gave very clear instructions about how to check in etc. was easy to find and easy to get in. Also loved the area as it was right by lots of good bars and restaurants.

Great place to stay near Mt. Rainier! Very clean and well decorated without any clutter. Great hot tub jets! Perfect after a snowy day at the mountain. Hosts were proactive with their communication and quick to respond to messages. Environment is very quiet. Quiet neighbors. We would definitely stay here again!

the house was exactly as pictured and described. Very clean and organized. The only issue we had was the home had a musty smell and we notified the owners right away and they were extremely responsive in resolving the issue.

I had a fantastic time! Clean and well-connected! A very pleasant space for my family, with an excellent location. I highly recommend it!
