The apartment was great. My son and his family had a private area to sleep downstairs and we had a lovely master suite on the third floor! A nice living space, eating area and well stocked kitchen on the 2nd floor! Loved how all the cabinets and light switches were labeled. There was also a nice large outside balcony on the 4th floor. Great location near the main drag of Queen Anne, with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Only 15 min ride to downtown Seattle. My son liked how he could hop on a scooter and get downtown as well. Close to a nice park for my granddaughter . Would definitely visit again. The only caution would be if you are not able to walk up steps, this is not the apartment for you! Lots of steps between levels. Parking was very tight as well. Because we had a larger van, we ended up parking on the Steet. It is free parking in the area, and we did not have trouble finding a spot!

Easy check-in and large space; great for our family trip of 5 people. It's an older house (as the listing makes clear) so don't expect a modern bathroom or windows. Off-street parking and washer/dryer were big plusses. Appreciated the proximity to the little french bakery across the street.

Definitely recommend this property to those visiting Seattle. The host was very communicative and we experienced no issues or confusion with the instructions provided. The space is very well kept and a great layout. Relatedly, the kitchen and bathrooms come equipped with the basics, which helps reduce the amount of stuff you need to bring with you to enjoy the experience. I used this location as a launching paid for a getaway with my siblings to Woodinville and its wineries. Would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Perch Vacations & Homes was a great place to stay! Home is cozy, comfortable and clean. It’s also very close to Mt. Rainier. We would stay there again.

It was a fantastic stay. It was so clean and the bedding was remarkable. The parking situation caused some concerns before the visit but ended up not being a big deal at all and we were able to find street parking on the same block each night.
