We came during the off season. It was beautiful, very peaceful, super quiet neighborhood. Responsive host! house was exactly as described. We had a great time and would come back!! thank you!

We had a great family vacation staying at Nick’s place. It’s a very convenient place close to everything we needed—from a daily beach run to a surf course; from a variety of restaurants to souvenir stores within minutes of walk. We didn’t miss any ocean sunset during the stay!
The loft was spacious for us 4 and it was clean and cozy. Full sets of kitchen utensils and appliances though we didn’t have much time to cook. Nick’s instructions are super clear and he is very responsive. Parking at the front during our stay was not that busy. For about half of the time we got a spot right downstairs.
Everything was smooth and pleasant. Thanks Nick! We’ll come back again.

I stayed 5 nights and was comfortable. The space is bigger than the pictures make it seem. Overall great and was happy that they helped with a few extra requests I made throughout the stay!
