Great place very warm and inviting. The townhouse was ready to move in:) kitchen was awesome loved the gas grill. Kitchen ware could be better but had everything u need to get by. The only this is the parking was a challenge and someone not living in the area its a challenge for a 6 inch lifted tundra to get around. i will rent again and i will bring small suv:)

Super schönes Apartment direkt am Strand.

We enjoyed our stay. This house is clean, comfortable and a short drive to Mr. Rainier. You will see deer, geese and ducks visiting the pond throughout the day. The neighborhood is also quiet.

We loved our stay. Beautiful new construction on 3 levels and a roof deck with great views. Communication was great and the place looked exactly like the pictures. There's supermarket a block away as well as a really nice stretch of cafe's and restaurants. Can't recommend this place enough!

We had an amazing 5-night stay at Nick’s place and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The location is perfect – just a short walk to a fantastic bakery, wine bar, plenty of great restaurants, and even a grocery store! The house is well-equipped with everything you could need. We cooked several times during our stay, and the kitchen had all the essentials, plus some bonus pantry items left from previous guests. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooftop terrace was definitely a highlight, especially on sunny days. We’ll definitely be back!

Extremely comfortable home in an amazing location. Easy to find and easy parking that is reserved. Walkable to many great restaurants and accessible to University of Washington. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and fresh.
