Home is in a nice neighborhood and really assessable to local businesses.

We enjoyed our stay here. It's a nice place close to downtown and with a nice view from the top.

This was a great home base for our week in Seattle and I would happily stay here again. As a group of six (2 parents, 2 kids, 2 grandparents) this rental had a lot of the features we wanted. Adequate privacy for our mixed family group, a place to hang outdoors, and a well stocked kitchen. The location was ideal. We enjoyed the bakery, brewery and playground all within walking distance. We made use of the trolley bus to city center — right outside the house, clean, safe and on time — and parking for our rental car was also easy.
Our biggest challenge was where to eat. The table in the kitchen really wasn’t comfortable for more than three, or at least not for our group. We did enjoy eating up on the roof, but it was a trek up to the top with food, dishes, etc. Not a dealbreaker, but heads up for family groups. I would also suggest that the host provide additional towels for longer stays, but again, not a dealbreaker.
Communication was good. All my messages were promptly returned.
