Location was quick to get anywhere within 10-15 minutes. Perch was quick with response times when there was a problem with the heating. There is quite a bit of road noise starting around 4am each morning.

The home was immaculately cleaned & exactly as advertised! The only thing we’d suggest for future renters would be more living room seating.

Clean comfortable house with a well appointed kitchen. We had everything we needed. Watched a beautiful sunrise from the deck. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We will stay at Ballard cottage again. It was perfect for us.

Very private, we loved how quite it was. The beds were so comfortable and pillows were realy goog also . Would definitely stay again

Wonderful, relaxing property! The perfect getaway from our busy life at home. We traveled with our two teenagers so having the master, guest room, and the sofa bed was ideal and gave everyone their own space. Having a king sized bed was out of the ordinary for a vacation rental too! The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make breakfast every day before hiking. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after our long days. The back yard was so peaceful. Our absolute favorite was the family of 6 deer that spent much of the day out back and slept under the trees in the front. There was a provider outage in the neighborhood and Raine worked to get everything resolved and back in order. She was a responsive host and worked with us in the morning and then again in the evening since we were away from the property during the day. We definitely felt as though Perch Vacations valued our satisfaction with the entire stay. We’d 100% recommend this property to future Mt. Rainier travelers!
