Overall this is about a 4.5 stars. It's a nice, new, very clean unit in a very convenient location near transit, restaurants, and many other amenities, which worked extremely well for us on our vacation. But be aware there are some downsides to this location. Capitol Hill is a very walkable, vibrant, and diverse neighborhood, but it has a surprising amount of homeless encampments, filth and broken glass, and questionable characters on the streets. Crazy level of security at the grocery store around the corner. Something didn't feel quite right, and this is coming from a person who has comfortably lived in urban neighborhoods that have a little bit of grit and grime. I'm sorry to say that I probably wouldn't stay in this neighborhood again with my kids, if visiting Seattle again.
