We had a great stay at this Capitol Hill townhouse. The space was modern, clean, cozy, and was great for two couples. It had everything we needed for a comfortable couple of nights, and the neighborhood was walkable and convenient to shops and restaurants. We would happily stay again!

It is a very nice house. It was very clean. It is a convenient location to stay for the national park, being just a few minutes’ drive from the entrance.

The place was extremely spotless and clean sheets, towels and comfy beds. everything looked exactly same as it was described. yes, parking is tight, but we found a space right in front of the unit. Permit came so handy. Our unit was so quiet and peaceful. Perch was extremely responsive and accommodating to our request. This is a great location to the bus stops and train station and all the places that we wanted to visit. It felt safe to walk around in the neighborhood any time of the day. I liked it much better than downtown area. Thank you so much making our trip memorable. We really felt like being in a home away from home. we would love to stay here again.
