Lovely property with nice amenities. Conveniently located close to Seattle University and easy access to all Cap Hill has to offer.

Perch’s place was beautiful. Loved that there were beach supplies for us as well as two bathrooms! The balcony/lanai was great to relax on. Didn’t use the hot tub or pool but that was nice as well.

I stayed in a House in Seattle for a weekend. It was functional, clean, and nice. Pricing was very fair, and instructions were clear. Highly recommend.

静かな住宅地のこぢんまりとした一軒家で、居心地が良く、清潔、キッチンの道具は十分にそろっていました。
5人の滞在にバスルーム2つあったのはよかったです。
また泊まりたい場所です！

It’s a lovely townhouse in a vibrant neighborhood. Super comfortable. I was a little concerned that it didn’t have a parking spot, but despite the busy neighborhood we never actually had a problem parking, (using the permit). The host was kind and responsive, delivering some coffee pods before I ran out! I would stay here again.
