Perch Vacations & Homes was a great place to stay! Home is cozy, comfortable and clean. It’s also very close to Mt. Rainier. We would stay there again.

It was a fantastic stay. It was so clean and the bedding was remarkable. The parking situation caused some concerns before the visit but ended up not being a big deal at all and we were able to find street parking on the same block each night.

Nice home near waterfront and downtown activities. Make sure you are good with lots of stairs. Thus unit is 3 stories, not counting the rooftop deck (which was amazing).

Lovely, comfortable spacious home located in a fantastic spot that’s highly accessible to restaurants, cafes, shops, parks, etc. Hosts were very helpful and promptly responded to our messages. Highly recommend and would definitely love to stay again!

Great cabin! It may look small from the outside when you pull up, but it had all the space we needed on the inside. The kids loved the hot tub, and the pull out couch let everyone have their own bed.
