Perch's home was ideally situated, had a beautiful view and was very quiet and calm, especially at night. A lot of beach amenities were provided which we made great use of! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Everything was exceptional at this place. My wife loved the decor. On top of that they allow pets. After booking the place with booking.com they utilize a different website and personnel to verify customer identification. After the stay they asked if I had pets which I had communicated previously. After which they told me they would add 100 dollars for a pet fee. With that they tacked on the unpaid balance for the stay. Which ultimately double charged me. So a 500 dollar stay turned into over a grand for 3 days. Tried to resolve it on their end, perch.homes, which turned out to be no good. Still working with booking.com to make it right.

Had a great stay! We wish we could stay longer. The beds were cozy, the house was warm, and the shower pressure was perfect!

Clean, bright and perfect for our large family gathering

My husband and I stayed here for a couple nights and had a great time! The proximity to front street and other coupeville attractions was appreciated, though this is in a convenient area to explore other locations on Whidbey as well. The host provided great local recommendations and the place was so clean and welcoming! We had a peaceful, relaxing stay here and would definitely recommend and visit again.

The place was wonderful and exactly what was described. The host was responsive and was helpful with any questions. The parking was very tight in the back and would need a smaller vehicle if renting a car.
