Really nice and clean place.

It's a very warm and cozy house.

The unit was exactly as described, communication with the host was easy and clear, the location is excellent - including where it is within the complex - a quiet, private first floor corner unit. Easy walking access to wonderful swimmable beach across the main road.Parking was abundant and easy. The unit is well equipped and clean.
One slight note is that, while acknowledging the challenge of humidity in Hawaii, it might be time to swap out some of the towels that have soured, and the cleaners could pay more attention to the cleanliness of the floor.
Overall, an excellent stay and experience!

Wonderful home and host! Nick went above and beyond to answer questions and help me find a package I had delivered. The home had everything we needed to cook, paddle, relax, and enjoy the incredible view. The heaters for each space allowed everyone to find their preferred temperature at night. The kitchen had everything you need and the grill was a nice bonus. The kayaks are really fun to use as was the hot tub and firepit! This place has everything! The upstairs bedrooms are small, but they match the description and they work just fine for sleeping.

I booked this place for my family and relatives who were traveling from Canada for my wedding and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay! Nick was super responsive whenever I had a question before their arrival and was very accommodating.

Perch's home was ideally situated, had a beautiful view and was very quiet and calm, especially at night. A lot of beach amenities were provided which we made great use of! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
