Nick’s place is spectacular. All mentioned house details were accurate. Will definitely come back and recommend this place. It is worth the money. Were not expecting few guest parking in the daytime but need to park on the assigned parking lot in the afternoon onward. Which is about 2 minutes walk around the building.
Kitchen- well equipped, from pots, baking supplies, utensils, soap, cleaning supply, Tupperware etc. additionally, coffee machine, coffee,pods, creamer, sugar.
Rooms have 2 large bed and sofa bed with AC and TV. All, outdoor gears, picnic stuff were inside the closet. No need to bring it which we really appreciate.
Bathroom- definitely appreciated the bidet. Has a shampoo, conditioner and body wash which is really, really great especially only brought a carry-on.

Great place

I've stayed in Airbnbs from Vancouver to San Francisco and I hosted (briefly) a place I have on the east coast. Perch's place is one of the most modern, clean, organized I've been in. Elegant contemporary taste. Very well equipped kitchen. Extremely comfortable beds with high quality soft sheets and duvets. I would definitely stay again and can highly recommend.

Great hosts! We found the house clean and as shown in the pictures. They were nice and communicated very well , both in providing local recommendations and in promptly answering our questions about the property during our stay.

Great location, walkable and a short drive to anywhere we needed to go. Home was exactly as pictured and very clean. Would love to stay again!

Wonderful and very clean home in a great location in Queen Anne. The space was a perfect spot for our family to stay in Seattle. Would definitely recommend.
