Exceptionally clean house and very quiet neighborhood, great views, nice getaway. The hot tub was also very clean and nice. Great communication with owners.

Perfect for a weekend in Seattle walkable to many restaurants and shops in Capitol Hill as well as volunteer park. Rooftop with fireplace was an added bonus!

I don’t think you’ll find a better place to stay while exploring Seattle. Incredibly convenient if you are visiting people or have work to do at Seattle University.

Amazing location to walk to restaurants, coffee shops and Seattles most desirable neighborhood and park. Home is old so things like heating and water pressure are to be expected and a little annoying. But if you’re a family or two small families looking to explore Seattle this is a perfect spot.
