10/10 stay amazing place

The location is centrally located near activities and restaurants. The unit is modern. The multi level place allows for privacy although there are many steps to the third level.
The parking pass is most helpful although parking is a challenge.
The unit is well equipped, although more towels for multi day stays are highly recommended.
The host responded promptly to our messages.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was immaculate when we checked in. On the second day, the low battery alarm started to go off in the smoke alarms. After calling Perch, they responded quickly and all of the batteries were replaced within 45 minutes. We were very pleased about that! We would stay here again!

Great place, only suggestion would be to maybe have some lights around the first gate

The stay here was amazing! Everything was extremely clean including living space, bedding, and dishes. So many kitchen items were provided and I really liked how people from past stays leave food items for future guests! It was also really nice seeing how past guests have left positive notes on a cork board in the kitchen :) I 100% plan on returning and staying here again!
