This home is quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The host is friendly and thoughtful. What really touched us was that the heat and lights were already turned on before we arrived. Arriving at night felt warm and welcoming — almost like coming home.
The house is heated (radiators / floor heating), and it stayed very warm even in winter. It never felt cold at all.
It’s truly a wonderful place for a relaxing vacation.

The location was fantastic - very close (an easy walk) to downtown Bellevue and great restaurants, yet quiet and private. Perch was very responsive and checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed during our stay. If you like a firm bed (which I do), you will love the beds and get a great night's sleep. We look forward to coming back during future events in Bellevue.

Stunning home in a quiet neighborhood. Gorgeous kitchen and decor with beautiful hardware throughout, a deep bathtub and large shower. All rooms were good sized with soft bedding and extra blankets and pillows. The bathrooms had heated floors which was a very pleasant experience! The kitchen appliances were high end and everything was spotless. All cupboards and drawers were soft close, which was a nice surprise as well. The hosts couldn’t be more friendly and responsive and professional. My family had a wonderful time and was sad to leave. Would 100% recommend this home and these hosts, definitely my favorite stay to date!

We had a wonderful stay at The Canal 9A in Fremont! The Airbnb was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. The kitchen was very well stocked, which made cooking easy, and the beds were comfortable. The layout fit our group of four perfectly, and having the bedrooms on different floors was a real highlight, offering extra privacy.
We chose this place for its proximity to Nectar Lounge, where we enjoyed a concert, and it was incredibly convenient. Being close to the canal was also a treat—we loved watching yachts, boats, and rowers pass by. We didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop deck much due to the weather, but it’s a great feature. We’d definitely stay here again!

Stunning views from the backyard. Close to Oak Harbor and Coupeville and outdoor activities. Bright living room and kitchen space.
