Location can’t be beat and the hosts made the stay super simple. Would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay and immediately felt relaxed the moment we arrived. The home was very clean, spacious, and beautifully set in peaceful surroundings with great views. It’s the kind of place where you don’t feel the need to go out, you just want to sit with a cup of coffee and enjoy the calm environment.
It’s perfect for families, with plenty of space and separate areas where kids can have their place. The outdoor area is safe, well-maintained, and great for spending time outside. The neighborhood felt quiet and secure.
Communication was excellent from reservation to check-in, during our stay, and even after check-out. Everything was smooth and well organized. We would definitely love to come back again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Capitol Hill. The property was well organized, with everything clearly labeled and easy to find. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive, and access to the property was straightforward. The provided slippers were a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more comfortable. We would absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

The house is very nice, clean and comfortable! The location is great and everything is perfect! i would definetely rebook this house on my future trips to seattle.
