Location, location, location! The apartment was literally steps from the beach. No driving required and easy to get back to if you forget to bring something. Beach chairs and toys for the kids were also provided which made things even easier. Perfect place for a couple looking for a relaxing beach vacation and we were able to fit a pack and play in the bedroom for our baby (rented from a nearby individual).

We arrived in Maui with some confusion about our original reservation, so we literally had no place to stay - hotels were booked and it was getting late. I reached out via the messaging in Airbnb and Perch answered immediately, they worked everything out so we could get checked in late and into the condo. Then our original committed location was available and we moved. They were so gracious with our changes and can’t say how much I appreciate their help in our mini Maui crisis!!

big two bedroom apartment, very quiet but just a couple blocks walk to all the restaurants and free parking!

The location is perfect if you're coming for anything at Climate Pledge Arena or the Space Needle, it's such an easy walk and there's so much to do on the way and around the rental. Really good restaurants and really fun bars more than 10 minutes away on foot. And yet -- it's just far enough away from those things that there aren't people and cars piled up outside the unit. You're in a residential neighborhood, by the narrowest margin that still matters. You can basically control the temperature in each room independently with a remote, which is nice if your group has different sleeping preferences. The rooftop deck has a nice view and it's not a little nook for popping up to as a gimmick, it's spacious enough your whole group could sit and eat together up there. The living room has a huge couch with two ends that recline and a big TV you can also see from the kitchen, which has very capable appliances and a nice-sized dining table.
