What an absolutely lovely home - comfortable, spacious, terrific game room and wonderful kitchen - indoor and outdoor! I can’t wait to return!

Beautiful place with an amazing location! So much space to spread out and relax. We were able to see whales from the deck- something I’ve always dreamed about! Spending time in the hot tub and being able to see the views- absolutely pristine!

Beautiful home. Lots of amenities. Really felt comfortable here and I wish I had extended my stay. Host was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again for a future visit. Highly recommend.

This clean, bright, immaculate home was the perfect space from which to launch our explorations of Seattle, with a very walkable neighborhood packed with plentiful choices for coffee in the mornings, dining, and a huge variety of fun shops, too. Don't miss Petit Pierre Bakery at Metier Bike shop, Elliot Bay bookstore, MariPili for amazing tapas-style dining, Tavern Law for bespoke drinks (plan ahead to get into the speakeasy) or Taurus Ox a bit further to the north. This place also has great access to bus lines, or (if the weather is dry) downtown is only about a 30 minute walk away. We walked up through Capitol Hill to Volunteer park, took a bus up to the University to see the cherry blossoms (and found plenty along the way, too) and even rode the monorail downtown. This place is the perfect launching pad with so many ways to easily get wherever you are going - and hopefully that also includes the classics like Pike Place Market, the Chihuly Museum, and even the good old Space Needle.

Last minute trip, glad we found this place the day prior. Quick response and easy communication from host. Only stayed one night but we really enjoyed this place and would return again in winter with such close proximity to White Pass Ski area and even in summer, after seeing the place, with it being right on the river.

Perch and Vacations & Homes exceed my expectations for an Airbnb! It was my first time getting an Airbnb and I was a bit skeptical but I was immediately impressed! It was clean and had all the furniture necessary and more!! I love how it smelled clean as soon as I walked in! It had all the amenities I needed and more!
