Great location, good for large groups - lots of seating, house is a little older but it’s close to everything. Host was responsive and helpful, had everything we needed.

We have visited Seattle a few times but this was our first time staying in Capitol Hill. We really enjoyed how walkable this place was within Capitol Hill! Lot's of fun restaurants and night life in the area all while still maintaining a neighborhood feel.
One thing to mention, street parking was very limited after typical work hours. Be prepared to drive around looking for a spot if you're coming back in the later evening hours! More than likely you will have to park down a ways and walk back to the Airbnb. This didn't bother us, but just something to mention. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back :)

My family and I loved staying at Perch's place. It was a great central location with some walkable places to visit as well. Perch was a good communicator, and answered any questions I had.

We had a great stay! The place was clean and just as described. The host was very communicative with check in instructions and we were given great local recommendations. Very walkable and nice location.
