The place was very clean and we felt right at home. Very nice location, walking distance from Kam 1 and all the shops/restaurants that front it. We were here for only three days that unfortunately fell on the same time as one of the biggest storms Kīhei has had in 40+ years, so we weren’t able to go out much. However, Nick and the management team were very responsive to any storm-related issues we faced. Since we had to be stuck inside most of our trip, it was nice to have a beautiful place to stay in. I’m sure having nice weather would only make it even better, as the string lights on the lanai and proximity to the beach would be fantastic on a warm, dry evening. The pool and hot tub were off limits for part of the storm, but we had a blast during the breaks in the weather when we could venture down. They gave us a partial refund (without being asked) due to the storm and some things that popped up because of it. We’ll be back, and we’ll check availability for this place first! Mahalo

This place was perfect! Very clean and spacious. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and safely. We enjoyed making breakfast and there was plenty of coffee 🤭. Would definitely be on my top list if I return to Seattle🙏🏼✈️

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is exactly as described and photographed. The home was also extremely clean and had everything you needed. It's located in a great location, we felt safe, and it was walkable to a lot of things. The cherry blossom trees right outside the home were so beautiful and in full bloom! There are a lot of stairs since it's 4 stories. But we knew that going in. The 2 guest bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and master is on the 3rd with a huge shower. Lastly, the roof top patio on the 4th.

Wonderful place to stay and great neighborhood with walkable great food and coffee.

VERY clean property, easy to find and use, and ideally located to downtown Columbia City and Link.
