Amazing location and a safe neighborhood. The home was spotless and cozy with a top deck that gave amazing views of the space needle and the city. We stayed for a concert at the climate pledge arena and it allowed us to walk to and from the arena in about 8 to 10 minutes which made the whole event so much less stressful. We had breakfast up in Queen Anne and it was so nice being able to go from downtown to QA so easily to experience more of what the area has to offer. This location definitely added to the memories of our whole trip and i would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perch went above and beyond with accommodating our family and for babies. Due to the flooding in the Mount Vernon area we had to evacuate on short notice, the host responded almost immediately to a request and same day (almost same hour) check in. After staying at the property for a few days we realized what a beautiful area this house is located in, we will definitely keep it in mind when we need a plan staycation. Once again I can't recommend this rental property or host enough.

This is a very clean, and spacious unit. The communication from Perch was excellent. It's in a very nice neighborhood, which was convenient for us to a family member's home. Was a little noisy at times due to foot traffic upstairs, but still had a nice stay.

Had an awesome weekend the host was very responsive if I had any questions. Beautiful home very close to a lot of restaurants and pubs.
