Small but cozy. Much better than the cheap hotels in Aurora Ave. Ok for 2-3 nights but a little small if we’re staying longer than that.

We had a wonderful stay! The place and view were beautiful, quiet and just as described. Nick was very responsive and flexible. We would stay there again.

Great, walkable neighborhood and comfy beds! My only feedback is that it didn’t feel like there was a lot of space on the couch & chair in the main room for 4 people to comfortably hang out.

Super friendly and helpful hosts, and overall just a great spot. The place felt very well equipped and cared for. My family had the best time staying there and the location is amazing - beautiful neighborhood with tons to do. I will definitely book this again the next they come to town. Truly a lovely experience.

Incredible view, saw multiple whales from the deck. Cozy quarters great for a small family.

Everything is brand new and exactly as described. The host company was very responsive & easy to get ahold of.
Overall, there were only a few minor negatives:
-the place as a whole is "cozy" & the 1st floor bedroom is *tight*;
-we were able to get warm water in the upstairs bathroom, but could never get *hot* water even after following the host's troubleshooting instructions;
-the W/D was SUPER convenient but there's only all free detergent provided (nbd, but just something to keep in mind if you need stain remover or dryer sheets, for example).
All in all, the place was SUPER clean, easy to access, 3rd floor suite was awesome, and the host was responsive. It was a convenient & enjoyable stay.
