Well kept vacation rental that looks like the photos. Probably best suited for 1 couple +\- 1-2 kids because the master bedroom is kind of a loft. For us, me and my partner, was perfect. Walk to the beach <5 mins. In general a walkable neighborhood, supermarket around the corner and mini malls, bars, etc. All appliances worked, adequate cooking materials. The bed was comfortable enough, this is always my biggest concern at an air bnb and I was not disappointed. There is no central air but the manually controlled A/C unit was more than fine for the whole unit—mid February stay—there are also fans which we didn’t use. Overall, top marks, thanks!

Our week long stay at Nick’s place was such a peaceful stay, and felt like a home. There were all the amenities we needed and the bunk room was a favorite for the kids. The location is tucked into a small forest like setting and makes the place feel really private, but just a few minutes to get to the lake and stores. Nick was quick to respond to communication and always so friendly! Thanks so much Nick!

This is a great spot in one of my favorite (and underrated) parts of Ballard! The space itself is peaceful, clean, and the bed is comfy. 5-10 min walk to a great coffee shop (Caffe Fiore) in the morning and great food/cocktails (Sunny Hill) in the evening. A longer walk/run to Golden Gardens beach if you are up for a little hike down the hill. Hosts were super responsive and kind.

Excellent launchpad for Capitol Hill and downtown Seattle. Wish I could have stayed longer. Was everything we needed and more. Would definitely book again
