Checkin was very fast, and easy to navigate. Talked with a front desk person and that was it.The location is great, only a 5-10 minute walk down to the beach and very close to downtown Kihei!

Perfect getaway!

Beautiful views. Comfortable beds. Adorable beach house. My only warning is that there are steep stairs to get up and down from the parking area to the house. There are also sketchy stairs if you can call them that to get down to the beach itself. We were fine with it, but anyone with a physical disability would have trouble.

This was a wonderful stay in Seattle with Perch! Their place is very clean and cozy. The host is very responsive and friendly.

What a lovely home! It was comfortable and inviting. The perfect place for a friendship getaway. We had everything we needed and could relax and just spend the entire weekend laughing and sharing stories.
The beds were comfortable. The living room was spacious and welcoming. We curled up on the couches and had the best visit!
It's remote for privacy, yet still close enough for a short drive to restaurants and shops.
