Huset lå rigtigt fint og med en skøn tagterrasse. Huset er nyt og derfor er alt bare lækkert - badeværelset, køleskabet mv Airconditioning drillede os lidt, derfor var der koldt første aften. Sofaen er ikke så hyggeagtig og blød. Mærkeligt, at der ikke er stole nok til, at alle kan sidde ved et bord eller breakfast-bar, men i stedet spise med mad på skødet forskellige steder i stuen. Følelsen at man hele tiden er on the go

Beautifully clean, well-located, well-priced 2-bed/2-bath unit. Prepare for stairs; the kitchen/dining/living room are on the first floor (after a short flight of stairs), then up a flight of stairs to the queen bedroom and stacked laundry, up another flight of stairs to the king bedroom, and up a final flight to the roof deck, which does have a nice view. Not having dedicated parking is a bit of a bummer in this area of Seattle, but we didn't rent a car and so didn't use the provided neighborhood parking tag. There is a handy bus stop that will take you to downtown just a few blocks walk away (I usually take the #2 bus). Perch was very easy to interact with. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was great for us to all stay in. The only hard part is there being hardly any street parking available.

Away from the large resorts, but not to far to go get a taste. Great view of Haleakalā for spectacular sunrises. More beach gear than advertised and plenty of cold packs/ice making capacity for all day adventures. Loved the proximity to the water and the creature watching right from the lanai!
