We had a wonderful stay! The place and view were beautiful, quiet and just as described. Nick was very responsive and flexible. We would stay there again.

Great, walkable neighborhood and comfy beds! My only feedback is that it didn’t feel like there was a lot of space on the couch & chair in the main room for 4 people to comfortably hang out.

Great location just outside the park. The fire pit was a wonderful way to spend a cool evening. Water pressure was great and really worth mentioning. Heating and fireplace were great too!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great - quick and easy access to downtown Seattle, Alki, the Junction. Walking distance to excellent Thai food was a bonus. The home was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Perch communicated clearly and was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Cabin home was beautiful with small pond behind and deer sighting. Enjoyed our stay over there.
