We had a wonderful stay! The place and view were beautiful, quiet and just as described. Nick was very responsive and flexible. We would stay there again.

Great, walkable neighborhood and comfy beds! My only feedback is that it didn’t feel like there was a lot of space on the couch & chair in the main room for 4 people to comfortably hang out.

This unit was the perfect home base for West Maui. The oceanfront view was amazing! The location was perfect. A quick drive to restaurants and other beaches. But also had a great beach with easy entry just a little bit to the left of the resort and walking distance to food trucks and famous cinnamon rolls! The pool and loungers were great and not busy! Parking was easy and the bed was comfortable. Unit had everything you needed for a couple. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for having us!

Excellent location, a quick walk to the beach and to many excellent restaurants and activities. We could see the ocean from the patio. And the room itself has everything you would need, including a full kitchen, which was great to have! All of this for a great price. If we stay in this part of Maui again, we will definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

We loved our stay in Ballard. The main house and guest house are just like the pictures- cute, comfy and spotless. We appreciated having separate spaces at bedtime. It’s very private with a tall hedge around the entire place. We had everything we needed and a big plus was having coffee provided! Everything was labeled and easy to use. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. We highly recommend Ray’s Boathouse and the Carl English Botanical Gardens. Both are a mile or so from the house and were wonderful.
