The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need!! Everything was clean and beds were comfortable! The owner messaged me right back when needed. This was our first time to Seattle visiting our daughter and it was close to her apartment on Broadway and public transportation. There is also a farmers market on Sunday close by! We will definitely pick Perch homes when we come back!

Очень красивый вид, терраса с видом на океан и китов, квартира ухоженная и обновленная, было все необходимое. Очень удобно, что можно было спуститься по ступенькам и купаться на пляже, идеальная локация. Тихо и уютно, не хотелось уезжать, но очень надеемся побывать здесь еще!

communication and coordination was top notch. Host was helpful in letting us know leading up to stay The space is more than enough for 2. Appreciated two full bathrooms - with great water pressure and nicely updated. There was plenty of storage in throughout. The property is well maintained and extra safe with constant security. The unit it in 1nd floor, accessible by elevator and stairs. Dedicated covered parking with stair access. There is very limited ADA parking available. AC, fans, and large sliding doors helped keep temp comfortables. The bed was soft, and the couch firm/supportive. The location was the best. The price we paid was worth it.
