Perfect location and set up for my daughter and me. We each had our own room and bathroom, and even a rooftop with a view. Walkable, so close to Capitol Hill light rail, grocery shopping, arboretum, lots of great food options. Lovely views of the Space Needle. Well-stocked kitchen, and nice touches like ok to leave unopened food items, boxes of Kleenex everywhere, hand soap at the sinks (I have learned many airbnbs and even luxury house rentals don’t provide such!). Perch was very very responsive to any questions and had helpful suggestions on good walks in the area. Perfect stay (they even ordered up 2 days with totally blue skies 😉).

Very nice house. Had everything we needed. Amazing views. Unfortunately the house is close to the road. Can be noisy occasionally. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood was great. I would stay again.

My best friends and I celebrated 19 years of friendship with a weekend getaway in this beautiful A-frame home and we will talk about it for the next 19 years to come! The decor was lovely, cozy, and comfortable. If all of the ceramic dishes were thrown by the hosts like we suspect, WOW! They supplied everything we needed and more (I’m talking everything from a needle and thread to a heated toilet seat). The neighborhood was very friendly and the beach was a very short walk away. The suggestion for Greenbank Pantry & Deli was also very much appreciated and should not go unmentioned! Beautiful home in a beautiful location, definitely recommend!

Great spot at the center of Capitol Hill, close to everything yet still quiet, safe and private. The kitchen is very well supplied with all amenities. We particularly loved the blender and pressure cooker!
The only problem with this place is the ants. There are LOTS of them, even with the pesticide kits deployed… we don’t really mind living with them but it could be a problem if someone does.

We had a great stay! Beautiful unit, exactly as described and pictured. Street parking was a real challenge but we expected that with the location - it’s walkable to a lot!

Location was great for our needs. We came into Seattle on the train, and walked up to the appartment. Also convenient to walk to Sweedish Hospital for appointments there. Other services very walkable too. Glad we could walk wherever we needed to go. Also liked separation of bedrooms, and bathrooms. Have to be ok with stairs.
