Pristine, safe, and quiet in a great location. Nick and his team were very responsive. Note that parking can be tough in this area. We had to pay $30 twice to park overnight in the lot across the street.

Beautiful home in a fantastic location. The host was accommodating, flexible, and kind. We loved having bedrooms on separate floors, and the dedicated parking spot on Cap Hill is a rare find. The gate made us feel very safe while the location was incredibly convenient. We loved the beautiful rooftop. Everything was spotless and felt brand new. The space spans 4 floors, so keep that in mind when booking (my legs got a good workout). The only suggestions I’d make would be to add foam bed toppers, as we found the beds to be so hard we were sore in the morning (my bf loves firm beds but found these to be too hard) and maybe have softer sheets, as the linens were a little scratchy on the primary bed (they might just be brand new and still stiff). However, the home and furniture were clearly fantastic quality, and we felt right at home. Overall, this was an amazing stay on Cap Hill and I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Very pleasant rental and kind, responsive, hosts. The place is very homey, clean and well stocked with everything you could need while away from home. We ended up extending our stay here. It was much nicer than staying at a hotel.

We loved our stay over NYE! Incredibly walkable around Capitol Hill but also very close to the Light Link station to get around town. Everything was clean, just as the photos showed, and was in great working condition. We had a few questions during our stay and we got a response within minutes every time. We would definitely stay here again!

It was clean and had everything we needed- paper supplies, spices, coffee, etc. The location is great for walking down the trail next to the waterway or to anywhere in Fremont. I’d definitely stay here again!
