Loved staying at Perch's Capital Hill townhouse. Was perfect for us and what an amazing location - everything is walkable. The house was exactly as described, the host was very responsive, and everything just worked. Thank you!

My family and I have a wonderful stay! We had to check in early to put down our suitcases, and they were super accommodating. It was also helpful that the hosts were really responsive. As for the place, it’s exactly as described and really clean. Definitely worth what we paid! Fair warning though, it is a townhouse so there are stairs. You get the whole place to yourself which is a huge plus! It’s a beautiful home and with how many buses/ bikes are around, everything is accessible within 15 min. I would definitely stay here again!! Thank you so much!

Nick’s place was perfect for our low key Maui trip. There were several AC units which kept us cool and comfortable. We enjoyed many sunset cocktails from the lanai! Being in the heart of Kihei, we were able to walk to various shops, restaurants and the beach was right across the street. Nick provided beach chairs, an umbrella, towels and a wagon to tote it all too. We like to prepare most of our own meals and found the kitchen to be fully stocked with not only basic cookware but many “extras” including oils, spices and a complimentary bottle of wine! I guess we were REALLY lucky because we were able to park in the lower lot every day! Not that it’s a far walk from the upper lot though. We would definitely book with Nick again!
