This house was the absolute perfect choice for our family trip. It's centrally located, very walkable to anything imaginable, and had dedicated safe parking at the house, which is extremely rare in Seattle. The house was spotless and very well maintained. The furnishings were both beautiful and super practical. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, pots/pans and anything needed to feel at home. The host proactively reached out with detailed check in instructions and neighborhood suggestions, and responded instantly when I had questions. I will be very happy to be a repeat guest at Perch's house in Seattle. Thank you for everything!

We had a great time at this Airbnb. the great experience started even before we got to town with the great communication from the host. the location and house was perfect for a couple friends and I to enjoy. there were amazing recommendations left by the host and also with communication during our stay. Host was the best I've ever had. They were very proactive with giving me any information I may need. Any construction in the area, places to eat, etc. House was incredibly clean. View of Seattle's skyline from the roof top was awesome. Would Highly recommend.
