Perfect Queen Anne home for my family to stay while visiting Seattle.

We absolutely loved our stay! Pigeon Point is a lovely neighborhood and we loved going for walks. Check in was easy and the staff was attentive. The place was cozy and quiet. The furnishings were cute and the space was very clean. We give Pigeon Point rental two thumbs up!!

Nick has an absolutely beautiful townhouse! We loved staying there and you cannot beat the location. Everything was beautifully decorated and the bed was so comfortable! I will definitely stay here again when I'm coming down to Seattle.

Amazing living experience! Perch is super responsive and hospitable, so it was fantastic to communicate with the host. The property is nice and clean, which is accurately showed by the pictures. Highly recommend!
