Great location, very clean, functional kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and very responsive hosts. Beautiful views from the rooftop.

We had excellent communication with Perch, very responsive and helpful. Check-in was super easy and the house was squeaky clean! The home was cozy and we all felt right at home. They had everything we needed in the home which made our stay stress-free. This is one place I would keep on my list for future stays in Seattle!

Great location easy check in and comfortable beds! House was freshly cleaned on arrival, but had a strong vinegary cleaning solution smell, hence 4 stars but no issues with cleanliness. Everything else A+
