The cottage had everything a guest could need. It was very clean, good storage space, good lighting & outlets. The kitchen had everything anyone could need. We even found a Kitchenaid mixer. Great washer & dryer, even an umbrella. The fireplace helped warming the living room.
There were a few issues that were promptly addressed by the host. We would stay at this property again.

Great location with local restaurants, coffee shops nearby. Straight forward instructions for locating house.

This home was beautiful and absolutely spotless. Nicely equipped with everything we needed. Loved the location for easy walk to everything. Beautiful neighborhood to explore and it felt very safe. Easy access to downtown and to Seattle Center for Kraken games. Highly recommend this home and will definitely return.

We had a great stay. Comfortable beds, nice view, close to everything. We enjoyed playing puzzles and the foosball games.

View is spectacular (so many whales and turtles) and right next to grill and pool. The parking is great and the laundromat is easy to use. The condo itself is very clean and has extra toys for the kids and beach chairs along with some snorkel gear. Beach towels were perfect! Main bed was comfortable and we just threw the pull out mattress on the floor for kids and they loved it!

Perch’s place is a perfect place to live which is super close to Bellevue square and downtown. Quiet and clean with full equipment in the kitchen. Bed is very comfortable too. Strongly recommended!
