Very beautiful modern Victorian home, looked just like the pictures , very clean and well put together, we appreciated all the amenities. The location of the home was also top tier, everything was super close. Overall very pleased with the home as well as the host.

great location. easy to navigate to the city and other planned outings. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The bed and bath linens were of good quality. The beds were very comfortable.

This Airbnb was perfect for my weekend getaway, and it had free parking, which was excellent!
The bars and restaurants near the area are very nice as well.

This house was the absolute perfect choice for our family trip. It's centrally located, very walkable to anything imaginable, and had dedicated safe parking at the house, which is extremely rare in Seattle. The house was spotless and very well maintained. The furnishings were both beautiful and super practical. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, pots/pans and anything needed to feel at home. The host proactively reached out with detailed check in instructions and neighborhood suggestions, and responded instantly when I had questions. I will be very happy to be a repeat guest at Perch's house in Seattle. Thank you for everything!

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
