Located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the hillside. Easy drive to downtown Seattle, aquarium, Pikes and flight museum. House is clean and modern with everything we needed. Best of all, Perch is super informative every step of the way. Highly recommend!

For me this is an ideal location to stay in Seattle. Easy access to every neighborhood, walkable restaurants and groceries, and an excellent view of downtown AND Rainier as well

This place has a lovely great room overlooking the water, a nice big table for eating or board games, super comfy beds, and a deck that lets you hang out in the fresh air — we enjoyed it all.

This is a great apartment close enough to the main sites but in a nice quiet neighbourhood area that was a rest bite from the busyness. We were a group of three friends and the space over the four floors was ideal.
It’s a very clean and bright apartment with a great view of Mount Rainier from the roof top. Great place for your morning coffee.
Communication was excellent we only had one question really but it was answered super quick.
Would definitely recommend this apartment as a spacious oasis.

What an amazing spot! We can't say enough about Perch's Home! The North Queen Anne neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet with a ton of things to do within walking distance. The home was exactly as described and we would stay again in a heartbeat. The host was amazing throughout our stay and offered great suggestions about the area.
Amazing stay hope to do it again in the future.
