As advertised! Place is well done and clean. My wife and I were in visiting some friends and the location was perfect. The host was excellent, provided great instructions and was very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here and would stay here again if in the area. The house was clean, the bed’s comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen well stocked. We loved the coffee bar! The hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed the covered patio. It felt very private but close to restaurants and stores. Thank you for allowing to stay in your beautiful home!

Everything was exceptional at this place. My wife loved the decor. On top of that they allow pets. After booking the place with booking.com they utilize a different website and personnel to verify customer identification. After the stay they asked if I had pets which I had communicated previously. After which they told me they would add 100 dollars for a pet fee. With that they tacked on the unpaid balance for the stay. Which ultimately double charged me. So a 500 dollar stay turned into over a grand for 3 days. Tried to resolve it on their end, perch.homes, which turned out to be no good. Still working with booking.com to make it right.

Bed was comfortable. Pull out couch was ok. Nice walk in shower with plenty of hot water and good flow. Body lotion, shampoo provided. Grocery store and coffee shop not far away. Half hour to children's hospital when traffic was light. Off street Parking for 2 cars, one for each unit. Would definitely stay here again. Only 1 kitchen towel. Only keurig pod coffee maker. Pull out couch was a bit difficult to operate, kept catching on rug when trying to pull out couch.

The location was great and the home was exactly what we expected. The host was helpful and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.
