Fantastic location with beautiful views and walkable to stores, restaurants, and Seattle center! 4 bathrooms and 3 very comfortable bedrooms with a rooftop patio area. Also, attached garage!

Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a much needed vacation . This place was absolutely amazing and what made it even better was the view and how it was only just a few steps away from the ocean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nicks place. What particularly stood out to me was how clean the condo was and it truly felt like a home away from home that had everything we needed during our stay. Communication with Nick was easy and walking on the green and beach in the mornings and at sunset was often my favourite part of the day! 10/10 Airbnb

This is a great location! The kitchen had everything we needed and the condo complex was well maintained. We were very happy with it.

The place was very clean and we felt right at home. Very nice location, walking distance from Kam 1 and all the shops/restaurants that front it. We were here for only three days that unfortunately fell on the same time as one of the biggest storms Kīhei has had in 40+ years, so we weren’t able to go out much. However, Nick and the management team were very responsive to any storm-related issues we faced. Since we had to be stuck inside most of our trip, it was nice to have a beautiful place to stay in. I’m sure having nice weather would only make it even better, as the string lights on the lanai and proximity to the beach would be fantastic on a warm, dry evening. The pool and hot tub were off limits for part of the storm, but we had a blast during the breaks in the weather when we could venture down. They gave us a partial refund (without being asked) due to the storm and some things that popped up because of it. We’ll be back, and we’ll check availability for this place first! Mahalo
