Enjoyed the neighborhood. Nicely maintained, 3 story unit with 2nd level balcony. Appreciated the furnished kcups and tea bags for morning coffee and tea utilizing the available filtered water in the fridge. Parking on-site was nice since street parking seemed to be heavily used and unavailablle. Didn't use the kitchen for cooking but looked to be fully outfitted. The first floor bedroom was tight to walk around the large bed in the room and get to the closet and bath. Owners were quite concerned about the size of car to be parked in the parking spot. We had no control of what the rental company gave us. But they should know that a skillful driver can actually park a minivan in that spot without affecting the adjacent spot or the meters mounted on the wall.

It was great that there were cafes, restaurants, anda a park just a short walk away. The outside was noisy. It was a bit of a hassle that the door didn't lock automatically.

What a wonderful place to spend a relaxing weekend with the family. Kayaking in the Sound with bald eagles soaring overhead, movies and popcorn at night in front of the fire, and playing games on the deck while watching the sunset over the Olympic Mountains. A truly breathtaking location. Thank you, Nick, for helping us create beautiful family memories.
