This is a great location! The kitchen had everything we needed and the condo complex was well maintained. We were very happy with it.

The place was very clean and we felt right at home. Very nice location, walking distance from Kam 1 and all the shops/restaurants that front it. We were here for only three days that unfortunately fell on the same time as one of the biggest storms Kīhei has had in 40+ years, so we weren’t able to go out much. However, Nick and the management team were very responsive to any storm-related issues we faced. Since we had to be stuck inside most of our trip, it was nice to have a beautiful place to stay in. I’m sure having nice weather would only make it even better, as the string lights on the lanai and proximity to the beach would be fantastic on a warm, dry evening. The pool and hot tub were off limits for part of the storm, but we had a blast during the breaks in the weather when we could venture down. They gave us a partial refund (without being asked) due to the storm and some things that popped up because of it. We’ll be back, and we’ll check availability for this place first! Mahalo

The place was very clean, the kitchen well-stocked and the location was very quiet and easy to find. The beds were comfortable, and the living room seating was also comfy. We loved the gas fireplace which made the living room even more cozy! Nice floor plan! It would have been nice to have backs on the bar stools since it was the only option for dining room seating, otherwise we really liked the kitchen. Better frying pans would have also been appreciated.

The place was very nice. Nice amenities. All the amenities were thoughtful and generous. Liked the place.

Great location, very clean condo, and the sunsets were amazing. The only downside during our stay was that pest control was scheduled, which meant we had to pack everything back into our suitcases and put away all food before leaving for the day, but that can happen sometimes. Other than that, we had a great stay and will check availability next time we visit. 😊

We really enjoyed our stay. A couple of maintenance issues to correct but the other amenities and convenient location made up for those issues. Great to have two full bathrooms for my wife and I.
Not a great view but we could see the nearby spot our rental was parked in the garage right across from us. It was covered in a shady area of the parking garage.
This location in Kihei is perfect for walking to restaurants, groceries and some of our favorite beaches.
We encountered sea turtles every day we went out.
Would recommend this location.
