What a great place to stay while visiting family in the Kenmore and Bothell area. We are a family of 4. This place could sleep many more than that. The location is great. Very private and hidden in a wooded area of the Uplake community above lake Washington. The place was clean and stocked with everything you need really. If you need to relax with the tv on like me bring a projector tv or something because none of the bedrooms have TVs. I believe only the living rooms have smart TVs. Not a deal breaker for me. The best part is the privacy. Deer, bunnies and other wildlife came through the property every day while we stayed. I would recommend this place for a quiet and relaxing trip. Not a good place if you want to get loud after 10pm. Perfect for our trip. Check-in and check out was a breeze. No issues at all and any questions I had about the property prior to our stay were answered quickly and usually same day or next day. We had a great time.

This was a beautiful condo! Extremely clean and well stocked. There was beach bear available as well that was really helpful to have handy (e.g., beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear etc.). Highly recommend!

Die Kommunikation war super und auch die Flexibilität. Bei Fragen haben wir innerhalb kurzer Zeit eine passende Antwort erhalten. Das Apartment war sauber und einfach aber eine gute Ausgangsposition für Ausflüge . Wir waren ein wenig enttäuscht vom Badestrand am Apartment aber mit dem Auto erreicht man andere Strände sehr gut.
