cozy had issues with a few thing but they made it rite.

We had a great family vacation staying at Nick’s place. It’s a very convenient place close to everything we needed—from a daily beach run to a surf course; from a variety of restaurants to souvenir stores within minutes of walk. We didn’t miss any ocean sunset during the stay!
The loft was spacious for us 4 and it was clean and cozy. Full sets of kitchen utensils and appliances though we didn’t have much time to cook. Nick’s instructions are super clear and he is very responsive. Parking at the front during our stay was not that busy. For about half of the time we got a spot right downstairs.
Everything was smooth and pleasant. Thanks Nick! We’ll come back again.

The lodging was very quiet. There was no noise from street, or from heating. , so it was very relaxing. The front porch is a very nice place to relax and look at deers passing by on

Clean, roomy and comfortable. Would like TV in all the bedrooms.

Perfect location! We needed more kitchen pans for cooking our Thanksgiving dinner.
