We had an excellent stay at the Perch. The property is conveniently located in Maple Leaf. It’s a short walk from a beautiful park and a couple of cute coffee shops. The inside was very clean and well-maintained. Having coffee available was a nice touch. The rooftop is a nice place to eat on a sunny day. There was plenty of room for our group of 5 in the property. Check-in and check-out were both very easy. I would stay here again.

Maui magic starts here. This rental came completed with every detail to make you feel at home: great kitchen, soft linens, thoughtful touches throughout. Each morning began with fresh coffee and the soundtrack of the island — roosters crowing, birds chirping, and that tropical breeze. At night, the gentle sounds of nature lulled us to sleep. It wasn’t just a place to stay, it was our home away from home. Highly recommend if you want comfort and the real Maui experience all in one.

A fantastic place to stay. The house is extremely modern and, although the footprint is rather small, the space is used incredibly well. Everything feels stylish, clever and very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need, and having three floors with bedrooms and bathrooms on each level is a huge plus. Everything was absolutely spotless. The highlight is definitely the rooftop: the view over the skyline is simply amazing. A very special place and an absolute recommendation. Street parking. After around 9 p.m., it can take quite a while to find a parking spot nearby, and you may end up having to park farther away.
