Nick is a great communicator and a great host, the location is perfect for a tourist as far as access to the beach and restaurants, walk for few minutes and you are at the most beautiful beach, Great restaurants and shops.

What an amazing location! We had a wonderful time for our son’s birthday which included our two small dogs. The view of the Saratoga Passage was phenomenal - we even got to watch (and hear!) two grey whales make their way up the passage for a couple of hours on Sunday. Amazing! The house and deck afforded the opportunity that would be hard to find elsewhere. The house was spotless and extremely well equipped. We cooked all meals there and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable which, combined with being oceanfront, provided for great nights sleep. While super private and quiet, stores and activities were close by. We went to Cama State Park which was right around the corner, played frisbee golf in town but mostly enjoyed doing things at the house.
The only opportunity is getting down to the water from the house. There are no stairs so you have to traverse down concrete pylons, something to keep in mind.
Nick is a great host and responds quickly. Highly recommend!
