We loved the location. The private beach area on the sound was fabulous. The upstairs was beautifully decorated. We loved the deck upstairs and downstairs. The downstairs could use some attention with cleaning and updating beds.

The location and amenities were A++ The house was clean, tastefully decorated and had great views in front and back. There are 29 steep steps to the great room so if you have old folks or physically challenged folks, this is not the place for you....

We were able to walk over the the ocean several times a day. The main road runs between the house and the beach, but it was not difficult to cross, even with children. We used the hot tub and enjoyed that, and the location of the house was nice.
