Very nice location and well kept. The yard however, has been overwhelmed by ant hills. Be careful where you step.

We loved the place and it was perfect for us. Unfortunately the prices keep going up and we’re not sure how long we can keep renting with finding another couple to come down with us.

Clearwater 4C value exceeded what we paid. Most other 1BR units in area were significantly higher. Very clean and everything worked great. Unit was pretty and decorated nicely. Relaxing to be in. The recliner chair was good touch. Nothing tore up...
