We had a fantastic stay at this Balboa Island beach house! The location truly couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to great restaurants and the ferry, making it incredibly easy and enjoyable to explore the area. We especially appreciated having access to the garage—not only for parking our car, but also for storing the bikes we rented during our stay. It made getting around both the island and the peninsula fun, easy, and convenient. The house itself was very clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay even more convenient. The hosts were very friendly, responsive, and provided clear, helpful instructions. Overall, a wonderful experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

It was an absolutely beautiful place and a fantastic location exclamation point. great restaurants and beautiful scenery! Instructions were very clear on how to get in and use all the amenities I would definitely stay there again.

Such a cute and clean cottage apartment on a beautiful and quiet Balboa Island street. One street over is the ferry to Newport, a market and a yummy coffee to dinner cafe. We slept well and loved our time on the island!!

Location was great, area was quiet yet convenient to amenities. Rental agency was very communicative.

We loved our 10 day stay. Location is 1 block from the bay front and ferry, and a 5 minute walk to the Main Street. The upstairs unit was very fresh, clean, and updated. Deck gets great morning sun. The grand kids loved the bunk beds. Garage parking is very valuable on the Island (but extra tall vehicles won’t fit). Property manger was very responsive and immediately solved a problem we had with the heater. We use Balboa Island as our base for Disneyland- it’s only a 20 minute drive if you use the carpool lane. Spectacular area with plenty to do. We’re coming back to this unit again.
