We had a fantastic stay at this Balboa Island beach house! The location truly couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to great restaurants and the ferry, making it incredibly easy and enjoyable to explore the area. We especially appreciated having access to the garage—not only for parking our car, but also for storing the bikes we rented during our stay. It made getting around both the island and the peninsula fun, easy, and convenient.
The house itself was very clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay even more convenient.
The hosts were very friendly, responsive, and provided clear, helpful instructions.
Overall, a wonderful experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

Instructions were very clear on how to get in and use all the amenities I would definitely stay there again.

Such a cute and clean cottage apartment on a beautiful and quiet Balboa Island street. One street over is the ferry to Newport, a market and a yummy coffee to dinner cafe. We slept well and loved our time on the island!!

The place was as described. The location is fantastic. And having parking was very helpful in the area.

All the positive reviews are spot on. This is a great property.
Some things that stood out to us, this place has AC. We used it the 1st night, but slept with windows open the other nights. If you want to sleep in, probably best to use AC as there is noise early in am; one night at 3am someone was talking loudly and on another there was an early delivery to Todos Santos.
This place has a washer/dryer that you can use, but we used the laundromat just behind this place as we had multiple loads.
The house is equipped incredibly well. There are toasters, toaster ovens, blenders, plenty of silverware, plates, tupperware, steak knives, glasses of all kinds, blankets, heaters, fans, nice TV, etc. There’s also a great Weber grill on front deck which we used several times.
Todas Santos out back door has great coffee/food. Basilic is incredible. Buy fresh strawberries/blueberries by the ferry. Take 6:30am ferry to beach for morning walk. There’s a walkway that goes all the way around island.
