This was a family vacation. Every member of our family commented on how livable the house was, the fact that we could all be together and play games conversation, or find a place of privacy if we needed to. We love the location on the boardwalk with the dock and the beach. We each left our rooms and the fact that mom could be downstairs in her own bedroom and have her own bathroom and not have to climb stairs. It was easy to check in and everything was spotless. All the necessary spices were available so we could make interesting meals and the kitchen was a nice size so the whole family could congregate and talk while cooking. The quick market is just 3 doors down and the shops are wonderful as well as are the restaurants. Use the fire station to take a quick blood pressure after equipment brought on our vacation seem to be malfunctioning. What a nice Home and community. The neighbors are wonderful and even the locals who walk by on the boardwalk in the morning say good morning and sometimes stop to chat. Love that it's dog friendly as we could pet others dogs when we were missing our own at home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We chose 1400 S Bayfront for a family 70th bday complete with a sand castle erected on the beach in his honor. The home is very comfortable to include a large well stocked kitchen that accommodates prep, cooking and wine tasting by all. There are enough bedrooms and bathrooms to allow our group to stretch out and relax. The upstairs living room was the BEST view Balboa offers and you won't want to miss the sunset!To say the location of this home is desirable is an understatement. The grocery market was just a block away, we walked to coffee shops and we never drove our car out to dinner. This home is clean, organized and the bedding is lovely. Make this you next vacation rental in the Newport Beach area. 5/5 STARS.

Everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom & privacy but could come together and play cards games & have our meals together. Very spacious with a gorgeous view over looking the bay. Our grandkids were over joyed to see a seal, dolphin, fish & crabs. We had a tough year with illness & surgeries so this was the perfect place for our family to come together & relax & be together & make some lifetime memories. We will definitely be back. The view was amazing and we enjoyed the dock access. We had to text about several needed items and someone came out immediately with needed supplies and repair. We couldn't have been happier with our experience.
