The house was perfect for our family vacation!

Beautiful location, lots of space.

Beautiful house, great location. Lots of things to do within walking distance. Kids loved playing in the water in front of the house. House came with sand toys, beach chairs, paddle board and kayak. We had a lovely time.

Perfect Location. Great house. Outside area has shade. Two living rooms with floor to ceiling windows and fireplaces and big screen televisions. Walk
To restaurants and shopping. Master bedroom has microwave and sink and refrigerator a really nice touch. House is decorated nicely.

This home was a dream! Lots of amenities - SUPs, 2 beach cruisers, plenty of beach chairs, a kayak, so much more than we expected. The outdoor shower (complete with hot water) was great for cleaning off sandy feet, toys and kiddos. The furniture throughout was cozy, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Plenty of glassware for happy hour for the adults. Plenty of storage in the kitchen and a great market a short walk from the home well stocked with anything you might need. Every bedroom had its own bathroom attached, which was also a wonderful convenience. The bunk room is a half bath only. The master with the extra fridge came in handy for extra items and there was also a wine fridge in the upstairs living room. Plenty of space and storage. The only issue was that we should have stayed longer. Our kids said they wanted our whole family to live there forever.

a wonderful time

We rented the home at 1400 S Bay Front in Newport Beach to attend our son’s wedding. The property is described well and the size of this home suited our family perfectly. The location is beautiful but future guests should know that it can be a little noisy at times. The boats on the dock, the sea lions, and seals can be loud at different times during the day.

We absolutely loved the house, the location, everything. It could not have been better. Thanks!
