My Daughters really enjoyed staying in the Unit. The microwave oven did not work but they didn't want anyone to come in and fix it while they were there. They mostly ate at my house. The carpet on the stairs was really dirty upon arrival. They always took off their shoes before going upstairs. Other than those two items, they really loved the place.

The weather didn't cooperate when we were in town so it was nice to have a comfortable space to wait out the rain. The kids enjoyed the room with the bunk beds and the outdoor spaces would have been great if were outside. It was late December so we weren't planning on using them much regardless. There are shops and restaurants in walking distance and the beach is fairly accessible.

The property was very nice. Everything was just as described. It was clean, shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Would stay here again.

The home is at a great location. Easy to acess and close to all that CDM has to offer. The property is clean and very well maintained.

This home was an absolute delight! Spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, walking distance to beach, lovely quiet neighborhood. Drive to Disneyland was 30ish minutes. I would definitely stay here again

Excellent location - beautiful neighborhood with short walk to the beach. Easy check in process. Clean house with a lot of space. Great kitchen amenities. Bring your own beach towels- none available in the house.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a really good time at this rental property. It has a great location near the beach and in a very beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The hose was comfortable for our families (6 adults and three kids). If we are ever in this area again, we would definitely consider this home.

This is a great home in a great location in the LA area. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood with access to the beach. The only thing to keep in mind is that the house is three stories, do there's a lot of going up and down steps.
