Was a nice place to stay. Entering the gate was a hassle, had to wait in a line sometimes 10 to 20 min. Place was clean and quiet. Clubhouse was relaxing. Would stay there again.

Exactly as advertised! 2 mins walk to the quiet beach. Residential area so the beach was pretty much empty and quiet. Great surf spot all along the coast at Cocoa beach.
