The agents were very helpful when I called with a couple of questions. The place was immaculate and the memory foam mattress was very comfortable. The TV had all the streaming options one could want. The kitchen was well stocked. There was no noise. I would say that the Forest Ridge development was older than I anticipated. That being said, the old oak trees were gorgeous. The walk to the beach was a very hot trek during our visit (temps of 94). On our first day when it was cooler (88), it seemed like no big deal.
