So convenient to be looking and staying literally on the beach. With a newborn baby we loved this bottom floor unit, helped us. The only thing to note for working folks is there is little to no cell service at this building, so you do have to connect to WiFi to communicate to anyone or walk out to the beach or front parking lot to take calls. Otherwise amazing and would certainly come back.
