This was our first time visiting Amelia Island and it ended up being one of our favorite family vacations. There is plenty to do but there are not as many tourists as most of the other Florida vacation spots. The old downtown area is great for restaurants and there are plenty of activities to choose from on the island. The beach was never crowded and is an easy walk from this condo. We are a family of 5 and the condo was the perfect size for us. We were thankful for the covered parking because it was raining a couple of times when we drove back to the condo.
