The space is exactly as pictured. Elevator to third floor. Three short flights of steps inside. Enter to foyer and laundry room, down steps to living area/kitchen dining. Down another short flight to two bedrooms and full bath. Down the last short flight to primary bedroom. Steps weren't an issue at all for us, and we found the separation by floors to actually make the place feel larger. Had a few ZOOM meetings while we were there and the layout gave us privacy. Unit is a perfect size for a family or two couples
