We stayed at Ketch 301 for a week this November. The condo was very clean, nicely furnished, and everything we needed was provided. This was quite a nice surprise. My husband and I have travelled a great deal and have never stayed in a condo that we didn't have to buy paper products, dish detergent, etc. We were amazed to find coffee (not just a starter bag), clothes detergent, shower gel, and shampoo also provided. We have stayed at far more expensive venues that still required us to bring or buy essential items. The view from the balcony is amazing and having a restaurant with great food and outdoor seating across the street was a real plus. The condo building was clean and very quiet during our stay. Another advantage was that upon checkout, we were only asked to take out our trash and run the last of our dishes through the dishwasher. Many places want you to strip the beds, gather towels, etc. even though you have paid for cleaning. This unit is very nice and it is excellently managed.
