We had a mix of ages and this unit was so convenient for beach access, especially for our 86 yr old, being on the ground floor, right next to the boardwalk. She had no stairs to negotiate! I worried that we wouldn't have views being on the ground, but had enough of one that I was quite happy to sit on the patio and watch the beach bunnies (real bunnies), as well as the sea oats waving and let my ears fill with the sound of the surf.
