The unit is very clean and in a great location on the property. My family and I enjoyed our stay and loved taking advantage of the warm weather. We did opt to drive to the beach as we had a little one who is not keen on walking very far, but the description about the walk to the pool and beach are accurate. We took advantage of the other amenities on the resort property such as the playground and a few of the restaurants. It is a convenient location to drive down into Jacksonville and visit any of the attractions there, which we also did. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.
