This location is awesome. The unit was extremely well appointed and kept. The decor and little touches of beach charm were well above what you typically see in a rental. Pros: Large area. The twin beds in the front room are perfect for kids. There is not a view from kids room (windows are high and only look out to hallway), but ok for kids who have their noses in phones anyways. Master has a nice balcony and view. Kids and hubby said the beds were the most comfy they’ve had. The master shower is huge. Having a second bathroom for kids was a great bonus. The laundry is clutch for a beach vacation and had great shelving so you could store beach bags there -I tossed beach towels and suits and then kept them stored in laundry. View is amazing -this unit is on the top floor-middle of the building, so great view. The porch has four chairs-two rockers, two adirondacks, a table you could eat a meal at and two little decorative stools-so the porch was a great sanctuary. Kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of storage for our snacks. The property is not very busy, was pretty quiet and didn’t run to loud groups of partiers. I would say this property mostly rents to families. Cons: pool is at the front of building, is not heated and no hot tub, so if it’s chilly, there isn’t a lot of options. Owners said they had sold unit-we hope the new owners stay with property management company because we’d love to book a future vacation in the same unit.
