We stayed at Ketch Courtyard in unit 106 which was a ground floor unit. We were able to make some wonderful memories during our stay. The unit was perfect for our needs. The beach was wonderful and a very easy walk from the unit. No streets to cross, you just head straight out the back door across the boardwalk that protects the sand dunes. I have to say we really enjoyed sitting out back watching all of the wildlife that live on the dunes. Numerous rabbits, cardinals and other birds. My two year old granddaughter thought they were putting on a show just for her. We will be back!
