This condo was awesome. Super clean, great location, great amenities (we were at the pool every day). There were six of us (husband and me, and our four sons: 8, 9 and four month old twins) and we could’ve gotten away with just carry ons. She provides all showering necessities, laundry detergent, kitchen and bathroom supplies with extras stored away. All I had to grab were paper towels (which I did not mind at all as I’ve rented places for $10k/week and was only provided one trash bag, one roll of toilet paper, etc. to last the entire week.) She has a bunch of cute notes all around the condo with tips (one of which informed us that the cold tap water is filtered! Seriously, this place is perfect…). The neighbors that we met were all very friendly. We don’t typically stay in Fernandina due to family across the river in St Mary’s, but if we ever decide to get our own place while visiting, I’ll absolutely be renting from Stacie again.
