Clean condo. We enjoyed using the beach cart and the towels. It was an added bonus. My daughters fell in love with the pond turtles and fed them every day. The pool was also nice, clean, and an enjoyable break from the beach. The location was perfect for us. The included starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper was much appreciated
