this condo was perfect for my family of 5. 2 large BRs, each with a private bath + a couple of comfy cots, well-stocked, functional kitchen, small dining nook, decent sized living room and a deck that looks out over the pool. washer/dryer worked fine and AC and ceiling fans kept the condo cool. Wi-fi was solid and TV service has Netflix, amazon prime, and youtube. About a 6 minute walk to beach (most of which is walking over the dunes on the boardwalk, where we typically spotted around 10 Gopher Tortoises munching on grass, sunning themselves, or just hanging out near the entrance to their 'holes'. Condo has 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, a couple of umbrellas and some other beach / pool stuff like buckets and goggles.
