The team at Stay Better Vacations - and especially Stacie - are phenomenal hosts. The communication from the moment we booked months ago to the time we checked out earlier today was just stellar. Any question was immediately responded to. But the best part was that we hardly had any questions because their preparation to have guests in their condo was amazing. Every detail was considered. Everything we needed was there. The unit at Ketch Courtyard was super clean, well stocked with necessary supplies, and then some! We had the best week ever!
We loved the central location - being right on the beach - and loved being on the first floor closest to the walkway to the beach. It was fun to people watch - and BUNNY watch right from our patio! I've seen a few reviews mention the noise level for this unit - and since my son's bedroom was the one closest to the front door - he did mention that he could hear people walking by the room a lot, but the master was blissfully quiet and overall we had no real noise complaints. Any minor disturbance was more than made up for by the good things!
Watching the Amelia Island sunrises over the ocean right from our patio was just such a treat. We loved everything about our stay - and Surf restaurant being right across the street was so handy too! Would absolutely stay there again!
