Great top floor beach sunrise views. Located in a quieter part of the beach with a short drive to restaurants, downtown etc. Older condo complex with unit which has been renovated. Wasn't overly keen on having to sign a separate lease agreement, also check in/out process kind of strict and you have to take the trash out to dumpster despite paying a hefty cleaning fee.
