Rental is tucked off the main road in a friendly, quiet condo community with access to pool and tennis courts. The closest beach access point is a 5-minute walk away. There is no parking near the beach access so it was quiet and mainly populated by people exercising or walking their dogs. The two bedrooms are upstairs and share a full bath. The extra mattress is a fold-out ottoman. The larger bedroom is spacious and like other reviewers stated the mattresses are really comfortable. Washer/dryer are in the downstairs half bath. Stacie was very responsive to questions and concerns and we could text rather than call which we preferred! We enjoyed exploring the island by bike and kayak.
