This is a wonderful location for those who do not wish to spend a massive amount for unnecessary amenities. The location is great, very close to the beach and close to a very good (albeit popular and busy) restaurant on the beach. Everything was as advertised, and the host was kind, accommodating, respectful, and very helpful. If you are considering a place to stay on Amelia Island, this AirBnB is a great contender.
