Condo was exactly as described and clean! Kitchen was stocked with pans, plates, utensils but has zero basics. No cooking spray, foil, salt or pepper, only one serving of coffee. They did bring salt/ pepper after asking but everything I cooked stuck and was a pain to clean with one sponge. The bed frame broke but they were able to replace it that day which was helpful. If you have young kids note there was nothing to play with at the beach. We left some buckets and shovels and a float I hope they keep for the next family. We ended up renting a car to purchase these items but first day was sad for the kiddos.
