This was our first trip to Amelia Island and we did not know where to stay. We picked this unit because it was close to the beach. The unit is in a well maintained condominium complex, in a private corner location. We had no impact from other condominium residents, but those that we met seemed pleasant and friendly. We did not take advantage of the pool or the tennis court, but they were both available, in nice shape, and being used by the residents. The walk to the beach was short and easy.
