This condo is perfect! We were two couples and this place was just the right size for us. Both bedrooms were very roomy with comfortable beds and baths. The living area had plenty of seating for four. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking breakfast items and the washer/dryer came in very handy. The bedrooms are upstairs just in case anyone in your group may have issue with that and the condo is up a small flight of stairs as well. To get to the beach you have to walk up through the parking lot to another set of condos and across to the boardwalk, maybe a 5 minute walk. The pool is right outside the condo however. This unit is set in a beautiful grove of trees and is very private and quiet. We would definitely stay in 507 again.
