• Beautiful ocean views of the sunrise • We weren’t sure we would like ground level but found it very pleasant with such wonderful views • Short walk to the beach on the boardwalk • Very few people • Patio is in the sun in the am and shaded in the pm • Lots of shade at the pool and also sun for those who want it • We had problems opening the gate when we arrived, but the owners were very responsive and there was a gate opener in the condo so we didn’t have to use the code after that initial entrance • Fun to watch the gopher tortoises walk by the patio
